● Section air supply circulation defrost

● Delayed start-up of thawing equipment - Reduce equipment operating costs

● Ultrasonic atomization humidification system
Introducing the research and development of a new ultrasonic atomization humidification system into the low temperature and high humidity air thawing technology, which improves the utilization rate of environmental humidification water and the effectiveness of humidification, ultrasonic atomization humidification, the humidification atomization particles reach 1-3 μm (micrometer) to improve the surface quality of meat. ● Disinfection system - Sanitation
To inhibit bacterial growth and reduce Ultraviolet disinfection products are selected to ensure the hygienic requirements in the defrosting equipment, and to ensure the quality of the defrosted products. The total number of bacteria before and after defrosting does not increase by the order of magnitude.

Low temperature and high humidity defrosting machine is equipped with refrigeration system ,heat system and humidification system , insulation room frame ,and electrical control system.


Working Theory

Generally speaking, the working principle is utilizing low-temperature high-humidity clean air blowing the surface of frozen food evenly to make them thawed. The temperature, humidity of unfreezing air and unfreezing time determine the quality of thawed food. 


To minimum the unfreezing time, prevent juice loss and weight loss in a large scale, decrease the difference between foods' surface temperature and center temperature, we adopted 3 different stages to thaw and cool preserve. The temperature of first stage is +15°C, and the temperature of second stage is +5°C, while the third stage is for cool preservation and its temperature is -3°C.
